- A fixed price per month per property is the fairest way to pay. A percentage penalises those with high ADRs and seasonality. RentalReady offers volume discounts as your portfolio increases.
- Hybrid pricing at some PMS’ creates uncertainty in your finances. Choose RentalReady and know before you go.
- Some PMS’ make you pay extra for essential services. Others include elements you don’t require in their basic package. RentalReady’s core package bundles everything you need, and nothing you don’t. As your business grows, seamlessly upgrade to more sophisticated functionality.
Monthly minimum from €150 overall, irrespective of number of live properties. Prices listed are before taxes. As we bill from Switzerland, most of our transactions are cross-border.
